The 2-story home is set from the street level down providing privacy from the footpath but opens up to an expansive tree canopy in the back yard.  The external features are charred timber cladding off set by the bright copper penny shine Structuur which borders the entry. Internally the charred timber cladding extends through and down thefeature stair area which is central to the high-end finishes that surround it.

It is a house that shows gives little from the street but shows so much from inside. We worked and communicated directly with our clients and this made for a great team which delivered this award winning for ever home.  It was the winner in MBAT 750-1M custom built home category.
